I just tried to boot my Olipad 110 into fastboot mode 3, witch resulted in the device beeing stuck with a black screen
I'v tried to reset it but its still not booting. It's visible in windows device manager?

I have tried holding down the volume buttons and power button several times the past three days and nothing. The device vibrates and nothing happens. If I continue to hold the buttons then it vibrates every 6-7 seconds. I also tried to get into fastboot using a toolkit in our development section with no luck. The toolkit says I'm in fastboot when connected, but nothing is on my screen.
At this point I am at a complete loss. If I can't get it to work is that a valid reason for replacement by Google?

The tablet is rooted and with custom rom and custom recovery.
I just want to updating from MCL203 to MCL201.
I dont want to use PC to flash the updated rom&recovery ... so i wanted to know:
As i need to boot into fastboot mode (after rom installation has finished) - how do i get to fastboot mode without using ADB?
P.S: the first custom rom installation made by a friend...i just want to know doing it by my self.

View 4 Replies View Relatedmy nexus 5 is stuck in boot loop ( turning on and off by itself and can't get past the Google icon) and i can't access the boot loader for a reset. all system reset/ factory image guides require me to access the boot loader but the problem is that the phone won't stay in the boot loader because of the boot loop, it turns off as soon as i get into the boot loader.

View 3 Replies View RelatedI have a motorola motostart (xt390) and wish to unlock bootloader, root, etc. Nevertless, I just can't get into fastboot mode. Powering up with VOL Down it access the recovery mode. The same for VOL UP+DOWN. When i try powering up with VOL UP pressed the device simply don't power up.
Is it a malfunctioning device or some roms for this hardware simply have mysteriuos ways to enter fastboot?
The ROM is a brazilian retail, Gingerbread (2.3.6) version MAUI.11AMD.W11.37.SP.V9.F4.P1, build: ARGONM_W_07.15.04R_D.

I used insecure boot and root trying to root my phone, which was a huge mistake as i noticed a few minutes later since i cant startup anymore and only get into bootloader.
Now I'm trying to flash my stock rom back.
My CID is VODAP102 and my Version is 3.14.161.27 so i downloaded the rom and tried "fastboot flash boot boot.img" the result is:

I deleted /system folder on my nexian cosmic journey. And now my nexian is stuck...
I try to using fastboot mode to flash recovery image, but my device seems not detected. I already installed the android composite driver, but when i use "fastboot devices" command, it shows (?) So how the heck to get my nexian back to normal?..
Or perhaps, if i just be able to put back the /system folder to its place again, it would be more easy to recover it... But how access the root when phone is like that?

View 2 Replies View RelatedI have an Android tablet (Diablotek D2-721, very cheap I know, but it serves its purpose) that is stuck in a boot loop. The real problem here is that this device apparently does not have any sort of recovery mode and being in a boot loop means it does not get recognized by ADB or any firmware flashing software.
I researched all day yesterday perusing forum after forum but almost every single solution requires booting into recovery.

I installed ClockworkMod 5.0.2.0 using ROM Manager and since then I haven't been able to boot into recovery mode. I can get into bootloader but not recovery. I've tried powering it on with the volume button down, using the recovery reboot option, and tried using "Reboot into Recovery" in ROM Manager, but I keep seeing the same thing. It boots with the HTC logo then goes black then at this point i believe I should be seeing recovery mode but instead I see the HTC logo again and then it just boots like normal. Is there something I did wrong and is there a way to get recovery to work again?

I then broke out oden, and long story short I soft bricked it. I now actually got my phone to let me restore my backup that I did before I updated it, and it completed successfully. But it only boots into recovery mode. What I can do?
