my device s Duos 7562, it was working well but now it keep rebooting till samsung logo then restart again...again ..... again.... it keep restarting till removing battery, i know i can make system restore (home+power+volum) but i need to restore my data, no any way to repair it without deleting my data? and be mentioned that my device is unrooted

I had a samsung Galaxy ace2 but bought a samsung S duos because I have a personal and work number and wanted to avoid carrying 2 phones.
The phone uses android 4.0.4
I cannot get the mobile data connection to run on 3g/hsdpa, it will only run on gprs and is thus very slow when I am away from a wifi connection.
I have gone to settings/more settings/mobile networks (then changed to sim1 which is my preferred data provider) and the option "use packet data" is ticked/active. The APN is, I think, correct - set to TMobile.
Still only gprs connection?
S Duos in incompactible with otg, so the device doesn't support pendrives. Whether flashing with an appropriate custom Rom will enable otg?.

View 3 Replies View RelatedI have a Galaxy grand Duos, it had Android 4.1.2 (stock) and I wanted to upgrade it to Android KitKat (4.4) so I rooted it and I upgraded first to 4.2.2 using RR (Resurrection ROM) and it worked flawlessly then I used CM 11.0, I flashed CM 11.0 (the ROM) and gapps, but now it just won't boot, it's stuck at the Galaxy Grand Duos logo and it just won't go to the main screen or anything, did I brick it or what?

I bought a s duos which i hav rooted recently i started searching for sum roms 4 it but i couldn't find any soo i thought of using cyanogen mod 9 (unofficial) i put it in my sd card went 2 cwm and flashed it but my phone was in boot loop so i formated my phone cleared cache, dalvik cache etc, fixed permissions tried restoring bacxkups but still no use !X.it runs on android 4.0.4 . Any easy way 2 get out of the boot loop. i hav never installed and roms on this phone at all.

View 1 Replies View Relatedmy galaxy grand was rooted and had the Resurrection Remix custom ROM, but now I want to reset my binary counter, unroot and flash the stock ROM. I started by downloading the .tar.md5 file (stock ROM), then I loaded it in Odin v3.09 as the AP (which is the PDA option but changed its name I think) and flashed, but it says fail at the beginning and now I only see "Firmware upgrade encountered an issue. Please select recovery mode in Kies & try again". I already installed Kies and tried this, but after a really long time when the progress bar reached 70%, it said Dll load fail and this was the second time I do it through Kies, but no avail and yes, I'm pretty sure that I have the ADB drivers installed. I flashed CWM touch recovery and it works good, so now I can enter Download mode and CWM mode (or whatever it's called) only. I want to flash back to the Stock ROM which I already have.

I have Samsung Galaxy Y Pro Duos. I installed an application related to ROM DEVELOPMENT. It had an option under 'task manager' to make it a 'User App'. I mistook it as something else and selected it. Now the Task Manager in my phone is disabled. Not shown in anywhere in the phone. As i press my home key long, it shows recent apps with a option "Task Manager". but m not able to select it. as i click it, the phone hangs and is rebooted.

View 9 Replies View RelatedI'm now facing a problem with my Galaxy Grand Duos. It was initially on the 4.1.2 stock ROM. I tried many ROMs for 4.2.2 until I found the ROM that best suits my need which is the RR (Resurrection ROM) and it's now working normally, but the problem is that now, I need to install the 4.2.2 (leaked firmware), I found the files and followed all the tuts I found, but in videos and such they get the message "success" and I get the message "fail", I don't know what's the reason behind this, I tried changing USB ports, changing the cable, I tried nearly everything, but no avail. So basically, I now need 4.2.2 (leaked) or any KitKat (4.4) ROM, I want Carbon or SlimKat, but both require coming from a KitKat ROM (which is not my case) or 4.2.2 TW ROM, I don't think RR (Resurrection Remix) is a TW ROM, so what should I do? I need to know one of them, the KitKat or the 4.2.2 (leaked).

Rooted, installed cwm, flashed new room.
After dialing a number the call stays only a few second and then disconects. It says out of service area. Than when i try dialing again it says mobile network not available.Cant find the stock firmware anywhere, even on sammobile firmware list.
I flashed 3 different rooms and the same problem with calls.Where can i find the stock firmware for S7562GSMH
I tried PMP_Ultra_ROMv1, PMP_Light_ROMv7 and KOR-Release-340.
Today itself i downloaded and tried to flash my S DUOS 2 with stock ROM on Odin v1.85. Though it started and was in initial stage( Flashing boot file), i mistakenly DISCONNECTED the device. Now it's not turning ON !!!!
