The home screen clock will not stay synced with the correct time. When I turn the screen on it usually has the correct time then starts running slow or stops while using the phone.

I was wondering if anyone knows how to fix this problem. My temperature is not correct, it says its 13 degrees out and its in the 60s. Is there a way to fix this or should I just uninstall and reinstall.

Installed Launcher Pro and managed to find the setting to get my 7 screens back, then bought the Beautiful Widgets, but getting the exact skin is elusive. I'd like to get it to look just like the Inc. Also, is there a way to change the setting once it's on the screen? I have to drag the icon to the trash, then add a new one each time to change it. At least it remembers the last settings.

View 3 Replies View RelatedI just flew from Raleigh, NC (eastern) to Chicago (central). The clock on the phone has the correct time but the weather/clock widget that came with the dinc is still on eastern time. When i tap on the widget the screen it takes me to shows the correct time but when I go back to the homescreen it's back to eastern. Any idea what's going on here?

View 1 Replies View RelatedWhen I have an HTC Clock widget on my home screen the time does not update fluidly. The clock will display the correct time only after I've unlocked the phone and given it several seconds to update. If I swipe over to another screen, wait any period of time (the longer the better), and swipe back; the clock will display the time at which I left that screen and again needs several seconds before it leaps to the correct time. I've tested this theory on the native Android clock widget and it worked correctly. IMO, it defeats the purpose of having the HTC clock widget when the clock in the notifications bar is always accurate. I am also using ATK but I've made sure the Clock process/app is in the ignore list.

Now i've searched for this problem and usually the best solution to this is to delete any task managers installed, which I cannot because the task manager is embedded into Home++, so I'm thinking the only way to get rid of the task manager is to delete the whole Home++, correct? I'm using ADW launcher at the moment.
Change log states "Toggle widgets can be skinned".where is the option? I'm sure it's obvious, but I sure can't find it.

The Beautiful Widgets Application was probably removed from the Android Market because of coding errors. I would suggest contacting the developer of the application. There may be other applications on the Android Market that are similar to this application. HTC does not have control of what is removed from the market. You would need to contact someone from android.com, because they are the developers and they would be the ones to flag programs from the site.

I just want to make sure there wasn't a whole lot of overlap in these two products. Do they work well together? Do most of you run both of them at the same time? On both the HTC style and updated Beautiful Widgets, I've lost my sun/moon graphics in both the widget and the weather screen that pulls up. Everything else functions correctly, so I'm assuming the weather server is functioning as it should (location, time, weather info, etc.)Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Also is there a way for the widget (beautiful smaller home) to source weather data from the stock htc weather app? I thought I had it selected to launch weather when I tap the weather info in the widget, but that still launches the beautiful weather screen. Conversely when I tap the date and time I'm taken to the respective stock apps like I want.

Has anyone done this update? I am afraid that if i update it will change the way it looks to something less appealing because of the whole HTC C&D letter.
View 16 Replies View RelatedI didn't realize that my bank would not process Euros, so the first order got canceled. Then I purchased a Visa debit from Walmart, I didn't realize that I would have to wait until the permanent card came in the mail. It took 9 days to get here. So the order was canceled the second time, supposedly. I get the permanent Visa Saturday, and still can't get Beautiful Widgets, frankly, I don't think Google got it cancelled properly as when I select the app on marketplace.
I do not get the "buy" option/button, but it goes straight to "authorize payment" and it doesn't use the updated info. I know the cc will work as I purchased something else prior that was out of country. Google really isn't much help, when I ask for help they keep sending "cookie cutter" replies which do not relate to the issue. I'm starting to understand road rage. There's no way to purchase online instead of using phone, is there? Any solution you all know of besides forget Beautiful Widgets?
I attempted to purchase and download beautiful widgets, which I have heard is a fantastic app, onlyb to find that whenever the download begins, it promptly ends and informs me that it was unable to download. When I view my downloads in the market, it lists beautiful widgets as purchased, but I can't download it . I paid for it using my debit card, which has worked for other paid apps perfectly. If anyone knows a solution to this problem I would appreciate any feedback immensely!
