Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 Mini :: X10 Pro Won't Switch On / Fix This?
My phone said there was an update. So i connected it to the computer and downloaded the update program. It didn't update properly and gave an error. I have tried to repair the phone and now my phone is dead. Wont switch on.
How can i fix this?

Sony Ericsson Xperia : Connection To Pc Failed / X10 Mini Not Switch On
having been notified that my x10 mini required an update I connected to PC using PC companion. The update failed halfway through and could not be restarted (battery was fully charged at start of update). The phone now will not switch on and only displays a triangle with an attention symbol in the middle of it. I have tried the reset (home button and power on together) and also have tried to connect to PC companion to re-try update, however because the the phone only displays the triangle i cannot connect to PC and therefore cannot load software update. I effectively now have a very pretty paper weight.

Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 Mini/pro :: Xperia Mini Pro Screen Locks Up
Have owned an xperia mini pro for about 2 weeks now. It has a problem that every few days or so the screen locks up and becomes unresponsive and the only way to reset it is to do a battery pull. My question basically is should I take it back to the shop, or is it likely to need to have android reinstalled or something? It did this on the very first startup after unboxing, it froze up when choosing the language setting, so obviously it is unrelated to any other apps i have installed. At the time I didnt think it was too much of a problem but then as I say, it started doing it every few days.

Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 :: Hidden Reset Switch
Very strange, phone has been working fine. Battery was fully charged this morning after it's overnight charge and phone was working. I went to work and took the phone out during my mid-morning break and it's dead. Attached it to the charger that I keep at work and still nothing after a few minutes. I took the battery and the sim card out. Battery voltage is 4VDC which is fine. Reinstalled the battery and tried turning on the phone with and without the sim card,, nothing from the phone, not every the status LED. Is there a hidden reset switch somewhere or is it pouched? The phone is only 2 months old so I'm sure my carrier will replace it if it comes to that, at which point I'll have to decide whether or not to replace it with another Xperia and or go black or white. Mine is black, but I really like the looks of the phone in white. Any suggestions will be appreciated.

My prime use is in business, earlier one was E63, lost.Mini Pro is a great one: Qwerty, android, Camera, small (Well, I dont know many cons...may be powerless battery may be one)Now can I download MS Office to this one?I need to 'import' MS Word template pages (Quotation forms to be filled appropriately to each customer to send Quotes in business).And also keep accounts details with many customers, to be updated frequently. Is this kind of 'laptop' jobs possible in it?I know a E63 or E72 or BB is most suitable. But I love it's above addl. qualities.

There is no android market icon on home screen so i searched "android market" on internet and using internet browse version. Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 :: Screen Flickers And The Switch On/off Button Is Not Working
I just cannot believe whats happening with my brand new cell phone. Initially when i purchased it , this device started restarting. And when i complain to the SE they told me the battery connecter is damaged. So they sent my cell phone to Dubai SE. Got it replaced, and no restart yet. BUT the right side screen flickers and the switch on/off button is not working. So i cannot switch off my cell phone. If i remove battery and then again insert it, then phone start automatically without using the switch on button. What must be done, i have purchased this cell phone in Qatar and now i am in India. Please help this is so kinda heartbreaking

Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 Mini/pro :: Can't Log In To Twitter
Keep getting told incorrect username or password but i know it's correct cause i changed it via the internet. I enabled visible passwords too. It contains numbers which seems to be a problem for the phone as i had the same issue with my google account, i had to change my password to only letters to log in. I don't really want to change my password to letters as it will be less secure. Any ideas?

I just got it today and let me just start off by saying it is the BEST phone I have ever had. Design:Very Very well made phone, feels extremely solid and has no creaks whatsoever, the battery cover snaps on and feels just great! Very appealing design and great too look at, the 4' screen is awesome to look at even at Half Way brightness, holding the phone is really nice fits perfect in the hand and never feels like its gonna slip off your hand (yea you N1!), the thing that surprised me the most was its size though, I thought it was gonna be BIG but its just right! In fact it feels a lot smaller than I anticipated (maybe its cause Im coming from an HD2?). Overall 10/10 for design. UI:This is the important part and imo it delivers very very well. Overall the speed is good, sometimes it can lag for a half a second on certain things (installing various apps at the same time) but for the most part it is very fast, comparable to N1. The only place it really kinda feels slightly slow and I mean slightly, is time and media scape, but nonetheless they are both very usable and Mediascape in particular is very awesome! (being a big music fan and manager). As far as having 1.6 rather than 2.1, its similar to having the hero, yes it has 1.5 but you dont notice at all since HTC Sense makes it look and feel totally different, its no different here SE has done a fantastic job here! It feels great and no one even yourself will notice that it has 1.6. With that being said when it does get 2.1 it will be amazing! 2.1 has been known to speed up phones and I cant imagine what it will do the X10. Overall 9/10 for UI. Features:I haven't got too far into many of the things on the phone yet but I did a few things, camera I took some pics and its great! Only slight annoyance is that you have to manually turn on the camera light, I downloaded apps from the market and all work awesome and look amazing on the 4' screen, set up my google account, listened to some music, watched some videos, everything has been perfect so far. So far I will say this It IS the best phone I have ever had, and I have had the N1, Hero, HD2, Satio and more. Feel free to ask any questions and I will answer, I know I didnt cover everything but I will answer any questions if you want, btw I am using ATT in the US and I used Edge to web browse and watch some youtube videos, surprisingly fast and great to use.

I had a problem with my X10 mini, I couldn't download anything from marked. So I updated my phone to the newest version, and now I can download from marked. But when I try to download configuration for MMS it doesn't work? I press "try again" several times and at the end I get message that I must go on to www.sonyericsson.com and download with my computer. Well?! I can't find it. How to get MMS configurations?

Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 Mini/pro :: Battery Not Working?
I now have a problem with my battery. A few hours ago, my battery level was around 35%. A few hours later, it remained at 35% indication. Since this couldn't be correct, i restarted the phone. Now, my battery indication was 100%. False again. I turned the phone off. It wouldn't restart. I tried the 'flash device method' by holding back button and putting in computer USB. No help. I tried SEUS. After that, phone switched back on, with false battery indication back to 100%, which is impossible. I noticed that during all this 'fun stuff', my battery refuses to charge. The LED indicator remains green without flashing, the settings screen doesnt say 'charging'. I know that the phone won't charge below 95% battery. So, the phone thinks the battery is 100%, therefore won't charge, and I'm pretty screwed, especially since I fear that once my battery drops dead, the phone won't be able to charge ever since it will think its 100% full.
