I've been jumping around between roms and am currently running frankenrom b5. Every time I do a titanium restore it never restores my scene. Then I have to go back in and edit everything to get the scene back how it was before i changed roms.

View 5 Replies View RelatedBasically, I have a HTC One X with Jellybean Rom installed and have found that you can run the battery out completely even if it's on ac charge. I was playing the game for ages and the ph switched off. I thought it might have been overheating but it turns out that I had to boot into clockwork recovery to charge for a bit before I could boot the phone normally. Quad core burns battery power really quick.
I did this playing Mayhem and when I reloaded it I found all my saves were gone. I've spent heaps of time building up my accomplishments in this game. tell me the save game file strutucre so I can see if it's renamed/corrupt/missing or something? The game appears functional but I've probably spent 80 hrs on it building up the rep.how I could track programs install pathways?
Wondering if there was a way to carry over your personal saved scenes from stock to a new rom. It would be a nice time saver.

I recently had my DI replaced due to a tech issue, but before I switched over I backed up everything using "My Backup Pro".
When it backed up my contacts, it backed up EVERYONE - including 550+ people I follow in Twitter. I did not have these as visible in my People (phonebook) list, just in Twitter. When I synced with my new DI, My Backup Pro installed every contact to my People list, as the app must have thought it was all part of my phonebook. I tried to make the list invisible like I had it on my original phone, but that did not work, so I deleted each Twitter contact manually from my People list. They no longer show in my People list (though are available to be made visible from Twitter).
This did not solve the problem. Any app that accesses my contact list (even Search People) displays the FULL list which includes my Twitter contacts. There is no long-press or menu options available to hide them.
I am willing to clear my contacts and upload the list again, as they are all backed up to my Google account, but I am afraid it would sync with the server and delete what is saved there.
Any advice on how to clear my contact list of my Twitter followers, or start over with my Google-saved contacts?
The HTC EVO 4G has 7 home screens. Is there any way to add more? I looked at the Launcher apps, but they are for getting other phones up to 7 screens.
I'd like to add more to my EVO without changing scenes, if possible.
I was wondering if there is any 3D scene graph toolkit available or at least in development for Android? I could not find anything, assuming that all existing solutions for Java won't run on the Android platform.

I activated the new phone, instealled MyBackupPro on it, and restored. Only problem is, my contacts came through corrupted, so didn't transfer.Now I need to go back to my old phone and get the contacts off of it using MYBackup Pro. But the phone won't let me past the activation screen. I don't want to reactivate it, I just want to use the app to download the contact information to the SD card.Why is it requiring activation to transfer information? How do I fix?

Anyone else had abny issues with the back up restore function? I tried to do a software update, to which something seems to have happened. All i can see for the time being is an update to the virtual keyboard. Anyway, lost apps, contacts etc, so went into the menu on the handset and selected back up, restore. Restored numbers etc to phone book and over 150 number details are missing. The back up utility doesn't seem to have backed up all my numbers. Also, any personal photo's of callers etc have either vanished or the photo's are now against the wrong people. So much for this back up service, it's going to take hours, if not days to try to get the phone back tot he way it was!
