General :: How To Hide Call Recorder From Appsdrawer And Uninstallation Menu
Feb 8, 2014
i have a rooted and unrooted symphony w68( Android 4.2.2). Now all i want is to install a call recorder on both phones and hide the app from appsdrawer and uninstalitation menu and make it accessible by only advanced users.
I have seen many call recording apps in the Market, but am yet to find one that announces something like "This call may be recorded" at the beginning of the call, for states where this is legally required.
I have galaxy pro B7510 and i have rooted it already and tried so many call recorder but none of them recording any call...its just recording my voice only just like a voice recorder...so any working call recorder or any specific for galaxy pro.
In there, all the red parts contain tutorials on settings that don't actually work on my device, and for OCD sake, I don't want them appearing in my settings because of it. But simply cutting them out of that file will make the settings app crash whenever i open that menu
So question is: is there a way to hide these settings without impairing their functions?
I've purchased Samsung Galaxy S GT-I9003 (Android 2.2) in the month of Dec'11, but due to certain reasons I could started using the phone for last two months.
I've tried more than 10 call recorders for my phone, but it didn't work. I found an application on Google Play which says "the application might not work with Samsung GT-I9003 due to lack of support". any working call recorder for my mobile? keeping in view the point that I'm new to android.
I have installed various call recorder apps TotalRecall, VirtualRecorder, Voice2do, NoteEverything, Qmemo... but none of them record the sound of the person on the other side of the line. Can someone tell me which call recorder work for Xperia X 10 mini pro?
I bought Milestone about 4 month ago. I am looking for a call record application for both incoming and outgoing calls bus so far I haven't found a working one. I tried total recall and phone recorder - didn't work. I know google voice have option to record incoming but not outgoing calls. I heard somewhere that Milestone have this option disabled by hardware anyone knows if this is true? Anyway if anyone can recommended a tested working record app (pay or free I dont care at this point).
I did the search and found 3 threads all worthless. I don't care about legalities. I just want a working call recorder for the Motorola Droid. Please3 don't start rambling in this thread about legalities I don't care it's not for use in court only for HOA meetings.
I have a context menu that starts to do some calculations when you press one of the context menu items. While the calculations are made I have a progressbar that I want to show. The progressbar is called from the calculations() method. The problem is that I can only see the context menu while the calculations are being made and the phone is more or less frozen.
Does anyone know of an app to record phone calls? If not, I'm going to look into building one. I'd really like to just record all of my phone calls to have copies of them if I ever need to refer back to them.
I live in Indiana so one person is needs to know. I only need an app that will run on the Droid X now. I have reported it to the FCC, and they said to get a recording of the call and as much information as possible.
It's E Business Group (602) and the are calling for Anthony which is the wrong number, but as soon as I even start to ask to be taken off their list they say "Sorry for bothering you" and hang up so quick I can't even get the words out.
I alredy made 3 Tabs, one with a list. I now want a menu to appear and stay when I switch to this tab. the same for example on iphone in the iPod, you always see the menu with title, interpret, lists etc. I can't figure it out.
I want to hide my application icon from main menu at the run time. I believe that a filter with category Launcher in the application's manifest file is responsible for the application's presence in the main menu. Is there any way to change the category at run time? or any other way to hide the icon from main menu?
We are a new company that is focused on Android development. We have completed and uploaded our Fusion Recorder application into the Android Market. We've worked hard to make sure that it is a reliable product and that it contains a solid set of features for version one (v.1). We are currently working on the designs for our our Website, facebook, and Twitter pages since posting our application. We look forward to adding features as we move forward.
We are interested in feedback from users and want to make sure our product(s) are as defect free as possible. So, if you do run into an issue, big or small, please shoot us an email at our support email.
Here are a some screen shots that show off the Fusion Recorder User Interface.
Also, if you don't see a feature you like please email that to us so we can add it to our Feature Request database. It may not be the next week we add it (we take testing seriously, which takes time). But we definitely will review such requests, which we understand are valuable.
Also, we were able to test this on a few Android Smartphones, but we are looking forward to seeing if there are any issues on phones we have not tested on. So, if you run into an issue please include, at the least, the Android Smartphone manufacturer, product name, Android OS version number (e.g. Android 2.2).
Dunno if this has been covered and maybe this is a stupid question. I have not had the phone long enough to have much call waiting experiences but the times I did, I noticed I had to press menu and then go thru a menu to "click over" to the other call. This is g=fine and dandy from the comfort of your couch but is not advisable if you are driving a car. Is there a one button shortcut to go to the other call without having to look at a menu?
