General :: How To Load YouTube Videos From Temp Files
Apr 16, 2012
I would like play videos using the Youtube app and to save the video (automaticity)in my phone (Galaxy s 9000),so in the next time I will play the video the file will load from temp (It's will save me bandwidth and time).
YouTube videos takes longer to load. My browser sometimes doesn't load web pages completely and the speeds are way slower then 3g... Well atleast on my end... I'm in Baltimore and 4g is very much up and running. Not ranting, its just that 4g was one of sprints selling points, jus think it could be a bit better.
Sometimes I'm browsing the web and... One more download... And then oops! Another one...Then I realised that those downloads are still in my download list and there's no option to COMPLETELY remove them. Also, where do I clean browser's temporary files?
I have a Motorola Droid X and ever since I had Snapchat this has been an occurring problem. I would start up Snapchat, go to my feed, and try to open a video/picture it doesn't play and it ends up freezing the application. It also freezes when I ever took a video and try to send the vids. Sometimes the camera won't load or the screen would be in this green background.
I've had this problem ever since installed then uninstalled avast and the antitheft bit that sometimes youtube won't play videos. The app shows the videos available and I can search but when you click to play all you get is the spinning circle.
It doesn't happen often and a restart of phone always fixed it before but now that's not working.Cleared cache etc but nothings working. What can cause this and how to sort it?
Its a stock rooted gb rom and only happened when avasts hidden app didn't uninstall after getting superuser rights and I had to freeze the hidden app then uninstall it with titanium backup. It did say (avast) something about doing something to nand.
I'm using Cyanogenmod 9 on my Hp Touchpad, I want to download all videos in a playlist on youtube, how to do that, I know we can individual videos using tubemate or some other apps but how to do it with all the files in a playlist at a time or automatically from the play list with needing to do one by one.
Did some Googling on this with no results. I have an N4 and have noticed (maybe since the last update to the YT app?) that there is an icon overlaying any video I watch, it's a rectangle with what looks like a wireless signal in the lower left that is there through the entire video. Accessing YT via Chrome it's not there. I'm almost always on wi-fi when watching videos.
Iv`e managed to download a couple of you tube videos onto my samsung galaxy phone, but some of the videos won`t play, I just get a message saying " can`t play this video". why is this, & is there any way that i can get my phone to play all the videos that I download onto it?
Recently I noticed that the YouTube app is not loading all subscription videos. Before, I was able to continuously scroll through a list of recent videos by those I am subscribed to, but now it only shows maybe 20 or so videos and stops.
I commute to school underground with no service for roughly 1.5 hours. During that time, I like to watch youtube videos. Besides TubeMate, is there any Android app (or any method on Android) to download youtube videos AUTOMATICALLY? I want to have the videos download while I sleep so it is available to me when I wake up and get ready. Right now I manually download some videos using TubeMate (when I remember).
I did have another setup using "youtube-dl" program on linux and setting up a cron job to download the latest video from a channel. I would then upload this to dropbox and then redownload it on my Android using FolderSync app.
Any better way to auto download new videos from youtube channels. I have a Galaxy S3.
When I go to the category section of Youtube, it'll only show a limited number of videos. THe previous versions used to let you browse an unlimited number of videos as long as you load more. I'm also no longer able to sort by most viewed for the week/day, most discussed, etc...
The app does look nice though but in order for me to access those old features, I go to the mobile website version, which isn't that great.
I have a DOMO Slate N9 SE tablet running on ICS 4.0.3. Everything is working fine but I cannot sign in to YouTube. When I click on YouTube for the first time, it crashes saying 'Unfortunately Android System has stopped' and the next time it gets stuck on 'Signing in'. If I clear data, again it says 'Unfortunately Android System has stopped' and then keeps on getting stuck at signing in.
But when I use applications like Opera Mini and Flipboard and load a video, the YouTube app opens and runs the video. When I click on 'like' to like that video, I get a pop-up screen asking me to log in using my Google account. When I click on it, I get the same error, 'Unfortunately Android System has stopped'.
I think there are system files missing in the device. The ICS ROM did not even have CalendarSyncAdapter.apk and I had to manually install it. So I think even the YouTube error is due to some missing system files.I have tried several other versions of YouTube app too but I get the same error.
When I went to my Gallery and Videos folder, the pictures, gifs and videos didn't show up. But when I checked the My Files folder, the files were there. What happened and how do I make them show up again? )):
Check out Mono. It takes a different approach by giving you access to all artists and their releases and then matching up content from either your local files, your files uploaded to Google Music or YouTube.
I am glad flash is on the Evo but when i go to the mobile site of you tube I would much rather get the better quality through the You Tube app than the mobile htc flash player. Anyway to make it so when I get a link on face book app it wont show on the mobile htc flash player than through you tube app?
I want to get the input/opinions of some other people on this topic. I have a couple of big events coming up that I will be recording with my (soon to have) Evo. Now I know that Qik is gonna be huge when it comes to 2 way video calls, but my question/dilemma is to either use the native Camcorder/Video Camera app and upload them to Youtube, or to use the Qik app and have it stored on the Qik site. From what I've heard and seen, when a video is recorded/streamed to Qik, the quality that results on the Qik site is NOT nearly as good as what you're actually seeing and recording on your screen (compression, whatever, bla bla bla). However, I have seen videos on Youtube from people with EVO's where the quality is a ton better and it looks really good. So, why would anyone want to use the Qik app to take video recordings, when the end result on their website is of less quality as supposed to using the Camcorder/Video Camera app and posting it to Youtube? Is the only benefit for Qik is that people can watch your video being streamed pretty much right then and there (with only a little delay)?
hi there, i've been using the "best tube" app to download you tube videos. most of the videos i've download from there, will work just fine.. where as some of the other ones will not work. says this video cannot be played. but i can't figure out why. they are in the same mp4 format as the ones that are working. anyone have had issues like this before with "besttube" app or know what's going on,
I know its probably something real easy and never had prob's w/my Hero doing it BUT, How do I download Videos from YOUTUBE to my Evo...Tried everything I used to do on the Hero, but just can figure it out?
