General :: Cannot Delete Pictures From Gallery

I have pictures in the gallery that I think was pulled from an old blog I had on blogger. The problem is that I cannot delete these pictures. I have checked all file folders under my files. I have tried the long press method and put check marks on the pictures but the delete option disappears and all I am left with is share and about. I also connected my phone to my PC and checked all files there but these pictures seem to only show in the gallery. Seems if they are in the gallery then they have to be in a file somewhere? Sincing is turned off and the blog was deleted months ago.

Basically I downloaded the app ES File Explorer and I cut everything on the internal storage and pasted it in to my SD card. Everything worked perfectly except now I can't view any of my photos in the gallery, it seems as if they all just disappeared! I noticed something during the switch over from the internal to the SD card that a message about DCIM came up. Now apparently that has to do with photos and I just skipped it. I went into my SD card folder after and it only shows the pictures that have been screenshot and those that have been posted on Instagram. None of my pictures that have actually been taken with my camera are in my sd card folder neither in my internal storage.
Does this mean they have been deleted because I pressed skip during the transfer?
The phone I am using is the Motorola Razr I XT890.

How to remove pictures in gallery in jelly 4.1.1 cannot pinch to zoom out to enter "filmstrip mode. Have attempted to remove pics with file manager, no luck. I do have Picasa app in gallery but cannot find out to delete. Cannot transfer pics to pc to remove pics.

When I got my S4 I transferred pictures from my computer to the phone under pictures so that I can use them as my wallpaper. The album showed up in the gallery and all was well, but whenever I transfer new pictures into said folder, the pictures are not updated in the phone gallery. I deleted the album in my gallery and the pictures off my phone in hopes that all of the new pictures will show up if I transfer the pictures again from my computer to my phone. Now the album isn't even shown in the gallery. I've selected the option to show all content on the device but the album is still not showing.

i once had a blog on blogger.com with around 11 pictures in it. i recently purchased android phone ( samsung galaxy y duos ) and logged into my google account from the phone. Now the problem is that all the images of the blog are being displayed in the GALLERY. i am not able to delete them since i cannot find the delete option for these particular set of images.
how these images from the blog got into the phone gallery. And also how to delete them..

I have a Samsung Galaxy S II Plus and I recently updated the Dropbox app. After updating, the Gallery app is showing all the pictures I have in my Dropbox, this did not happen before the update. I had a clean Gallery with only the pictures in my phone. I checked the accounts in the settings, but I don't see anything in the Dropbox account settings.
I do not want to see these pictures in my phone. How can I stop this sync?

I have two "download" folders on the SD card. When I mount the card, I only see one folder, so I see only one set of pictures. In the gallery, I can access the other download folder and see the pictures, but when I navigate to what seems to be that very folder, I only see a bunch of apk files. how to "export" the folders from that download folder?

in my albums does any one else get every single picture thats on the phone show up in the gallery? for example i have my tracks app and it has about a 101 different little icons for the map, as a result these icon annoyingly appear in my gallery, same with laputa book reader, the images used for the book covers in the app also show up in the gallery.

After i take a photo i go to view the photo in the gallery and i can see the thumbnail, like the small preview but when i go to enlarge the photo to make it full screen, its just a black screen until i restart my phone than it works fine any ideas?

Every thing was fine, but I wanted to move pictures to the sd card and download into the computer to share. After the move they wouldn't play from sd card. So I moved them back to phone, and now they won't play there either. The pictures show up in gallery but wont play when selected.

Just a quick question about making pictures from the gallery your wallpaper? Is there any way to get it to use the whole picture. as it stands, whenever I try to use a picture for my wallpaper, it makes me crop the picture, and no matter what I do, the crop box never lets me use the whole picture, its like there's a size limit or something.

For a while now the thumbnail gallery has sometimes merged pictures - so on the thumbnail it's actually a combination of more than 1 picture. This hasn't really bothered me until recently because the more pictures I take the worse it's getting, so much so that I can't always tell which picture I'm going to be looking at until I actually select it. In every case the picture views correctly on the screen when I view them one at a time, it's just a problem with the thumbnails. I've attempted to clear the gallery cache which made it appear slightly better but not by much. I've checked the DCIM / .thumbnails folder but there's just loads of files in there saying file and RAW file and to be honest I don't know what it's all about. I've trawled the net and checked the forums but cannot seem to see a solution - does anyone know what I can do in order to solve this?

I can see the pictures in my gallery, but when I view them full screen, they are not QUITE sharp. So then when I zoom in a just a little and wait a second, the picture gets totally in focus and sharp, and when I zoom out to full screen size, it is fixed and sharp, but I would like them to display as completely sharp when I first pull them up. Kind of nit-picky, but I am constantly showing people pictures on my phone, and it is kind of a pain.

Anyone else have this problem? I take a photo and its not there and takes opening and closing the gallery a few times. Sometimes I have to take another photo and then they both show up. Is this a bug with 2.1 or is there a fix for this?
