So two things here. Iv been playing star ocean: the second story, and for any of you who know the game, im up to the part where clik is detroyed and you watch the fmv of the earthquake. Problem is, after the fmv ends, im left looking at a black screen, and it gets stuck there.
Does anyone else have a problem like this? can it be fixed? Iv thought about maybe using a different iso of star ocean, or another file type, but if i were to do that, could i still use the savegame iv been using with this one? and if so, how do i do that? i dont want to lose what iv done so far if i need to use a different file.

All work well, except sound issues but all 3 have pretty poor graphics. Which are the best psx games to try graphics wise? I want to see how well the desire can run. Im assuming ff7, any good racing games or 1st person shooters? as they are all massive files I dont want to waste time on tosh
I've downloaded psx4droid and wipeout rom. it asks for a BIOS file upon loading of the app. it opens up SD card and when I click on the wipeout folder its empty, yet it isn't when I use my file manager.
The item menu called up by pressing square immediately disappears after opening...I haven't spent time to get far enough but if that menu doesn't work at certain moments....the story can't progress. Pretty bad glitch. i'm running the 1001 bios, should i try a different one?
Snesoid seems to solely rely on save state files and not on actual battery saves used on the original cartridges (.sav) files. These are also smaller in file size and using these instead of savestates makes it feel more like playing an SNES (not being able to use savestates) but relying on the games own way of saving your progress. These .srm battery saves are easy to find so it's much easier to load up my Super Mario Kart with special courses unlocked
Gameboid for GBA games uses the actual battery pack saves, .sav files...
So why isn't snesoid able to do this or am I doing something wrong? I use the Motorola Droid.
I downloaded the gameboid lite version for my tattoo and have been having some problems. Most of the games freeze or have audio issues. Is this because I just have the lite version or because gameboid isn't formatted correctly for the tattoo?
I have a rooted motorola atrix 2 since I'm not sure if it's the same for all androids or not.
I've been using the 2gb microsd that came with my phone til now, but I'm out of space so I had to upgrade. All my apps and games have been saving onto the sd instead of my phone since day one(not sure if this can be altered). I need to know how to transfer all the apps onto my new microsd card without having to reinstall them all after switching.
Also, I edited the build.prop making the phone thinks it's an optimus 2x(I think thats the name of the phone) so that I could play Order and Chaos Online. Not sure if that would change anything needed for this task.
I was wondering if there was an easy way to kind Of"sync"or transfer gave data for various games between two device. I am more interested in resuming my save data of Hungry Sharks Evolution that I already have On my Note II onto my Note 10.1, but transferring for Games like 4 pics word or Angry Birds would be nice as well.
I got the snesoid app and it's awesome and the roms work great, but I can't save at all! I will play the game for a while and then when I close out of the rom and go do something else on my phone, I'll come back and the game data has been deleted! Is there a patch I need for this?
Hey guys I just wanted to let you know of the great emulator that just came out - PSX4DROID! It runs great on my Nexus One aside from the sound being just a tiny bit off (it also has wiimote controller support!) Final Fantasy 7 here we come. I had some trouble setting it up at first so I wanted to give you guys a tutorial so you wouldn't be lost like I was trying to set it up at first. here it is since I posted it on xda first: Step by step tutorial to getting psx4droid to work...
I backed up everything from Android using MyBackup Pro. I upgraded from "2.1 leak v1" to "2.1 leak v3". I used MyBackup Pro to restore all of my apps. Is there any way to trigger getting app update notification? I know I could just reinstall all the apps via the regular market and from that point forward I would get the updates. But this really defeats my purpose of restoring using the MyBackup Pro app. I there an app that saves/reinstalls apps correctly so the market sees the updates properly?
I only heard about this today from a telus rep. I thought apps were saved to internal when that was full it moved to sd automatically. No it only goes to internal memory DANG! so that means i can only have a few downloaded at a time. Whats the solution? Will 2.2 fix it? I heard 3.0 will?
1.Is there any other rom that unlocked Bt on i7500 so i can transfer data? 2.Any rom that runs faster and makes the battery work more? 3.Possible to r00t i7500 through mac os? 4.Best GPS navigator? i use Ndrive but it crashes very often (i suppose cause of the ram? )
I should've known better than to update Handcent. It was working fine before. I just installed the latest update (been available for a while though) the other day, and ever since i'm unable to send MMS messages. Naturally, Handcent must resize the pics prior to me sending them, which is normal. But when it shows it's resizing, it goes back to the main messaging screen and "saves message as draft". Since Handcent doesn't have any option for drafts, i have to use the stock app to access drafts then send the message. If i've already got a convo open and attach a pic, it still saves as draft but is accessible from the main screen as usual.
I also noticed if i take a pic, or select a pic from the gallery then choose to share it via Handcent, it never opens Handcent and reverts back to the camera again. Anyone else having odd issues like this or know how to resolve it?
I was wondering if any of you all have been able to get PSX4droid to work on your Samsung Moment?
I have the correct bios (I've used several bioses to make sure my specific bios file wasn't corrupted) and I also tried several .bin PS1 roms. When I try to start the game, all I get is a couple of seconds of black screen before it returns to the rom selection screen.
Has anyone gotten it to work? If so, how? If not, is it because of power specs? Is it possible to get around it?
After a firmware update for the x10 adw was acting funny so i went back to SE home. after a month of use and getting used to the battery drain, i just went back to adw, and let me tell you OMG it saves battery. with SE home i would unplug at 7 am, and by 9 am i have 25% missing, this without touching the phone. today with ADW luancher installed it is now 12:55 pm phone is still FULL. AMAZING recommending it and reminding all of you its a MUST HAVE. its not laggy its fast and its beautiful.
I am trying to stop Google Chrome from saving my searches. I have already done the following:
1. On Google home page, click "Settings-->Search settings".
2. Towards the bottom of the page, click "search history".
3. Click "Turn Web History off".
Now, when I search on my desktop, the searches are not saved. However, if I do a Google search from my phone through Google Chrome, the search will be saved. The search will not be saved if I do the search through the stock browser. I don't know how to stop this from happening. Is it something to do with Google Now maybe?
I am using a HTC Butterfly S 901s, running Android 4.2.2 and Sense 5.
